1. 本網店會使用順豐快遞運送至香港及指定地區(住宅或工商),盡量24小時內寄出客戶的貨品。如果本網店在24小時內還未寄出貨品,客戶可以提出退款,符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內),訂單也會取消。


2. 順豐快遞交付時間為1-2日工作天。

4. 使用順豐自助櫃或自提站服務費用為港幣$16。

送貨至中國大陸(CN)


1. 本網店會使用順豐快遞或香港郵政運送至中國大陸,盡量24小時內寄出客戶的貨品。如果本網店在24小時內還未寄出貨品,客戶可以提出退款,符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內),訂單也會取消。


2. 一般交付時間為3-7日工作天。


3. 使用快遞運送至中國大陸費用為人民幣$65。


4. 注意:客戶如選擇第三方代購服務至世界某地方,本網店不會允許提出退貨及退款,因為需要保障雙方權益。

空運送貨至美國(US)

注意: 不寄往 Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S Virgin Islands, United States Minor Outlying Islands.

3. 使用快遞運送至美國一般費用為美元$30 (不含稅)


4. 客戶完成付款,不需要再付款額外費用,例如:關稅。

不可抗力
倘若任何一方未能或延遲履行任何本條款及條件下之責任,而該不履行或延誤是由於任何超出該方合理控制下之原因(包括但不限於天災、民事或軍事行為、勞資糾紛、火災、暴動、民間騷動、破壞、戰爭、禁運、阻塞、抵制、水災、瘟疫、交通延誤或政府制裁),並己因此而通知另一方,該方責任之履行時間將被相應地延長。倘若有關情況持續多於三個月,雙方須進行善意討論務求減輕有關情況之影響或達成公平及合理的替代協議。

Delivery to Hong Kong (HK)

  1. We use SF Express to deliver to Hong Kong and designated areas (residential or commercial addresses). We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. If payment is made and goods not shipped within 24 hours, refunds can be requested per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days), and the order will be cancelled.
  2. SF Express delivery time is 1–2 business days.
  3. Delivery via SF Express to Hong Kong and designated areas (residential or commercial) costs HK$20.
  4. Delivery via SF Express pickup lockers or collection points costs HK$16.
  5. Important: If customers use third-party forwarding or purchasing services to ship to other countries/regions, we do not allow returns or refunds in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
  6. Customers must request returns and refunds within 36 hours of receiving goods (time calculated from courier confirmation of receipt). Before opening the box/bag, use a recording device (e.g., phone) to provide evidence via unmodified video, sent to our email or WhatsApp.
  7. If 6. is met and goods are found counterfeit, returns are allowed per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days).

Delivery to Mainland China (CN)

  1. We use SF Express or Hong Kong Post to deliver to Mainland China. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. If payment is made and goods not shipped within 24 hours, refunds can be requested per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days), and the order will be cancelled.
  2. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days.
  3. Delivery to Mainland China costs RMB 65.
  4. Important: If customers use third-party forwarding or purchasing services to ship to other countries/regions, we do not allow returns or refunds in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
  5. Customers must request returns and refunds within 36 hours of receiving goods (time calculated from courier confirmation of receipt). Before opening the box/bag, use a recording device (e.g., phone) to provide evidence via unmodified video, sent to our email or WhatsApp.
  6. If 5. is met and goods are found counterfeit, returns are allowed per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days).

Airmail Delivery to the United States (US)

Note: We do not ship to Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, or United States Minor Outlying Islands.
  1. We use SF Express, Hong Kong Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services. We aim to dispatch customers' orders within 24 hours. If payment is made and goods not shipped within 24 hours, refunds can be requested per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days), and the order will be cancelled.
  2. Typical delivery time is 5–14 business days.
  3. Standard shipping cost to the United States is US$30 (excluding taxes).
  4. After payment is completed, customers are not required to pay any additional fees, such as customs duties.
  5. Important: If customers use third-party forwarding or purchasing services to ship to other countries/regions, we do not allow returns or refunds in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
  6. Customers must request returns and refunds within 36 hours of receiving goods (time calculated from courier confirmation of receipt). Before opening the box/bag, use a recording device (e.g., phone) to provide evidence via unmodified video, sent to our email or WhatsApp.

Force Majeure
If any party fails or delays in performing any obligations under these terms and conditions, and such failure or delay is due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil or military actions, labor disputes, fire, riots, civil unrest, sabotage, war, embargo, blockade, boycott, flood, epidemic, transportation delays or government sanctions), and has notified the other party accordingly, the time for performance of that party's obligations shall be extended accordingly. If the relevant situation persists for more than three months, both parties shall conduct good faith discussions to mitigate the impact of the situation or reach a fair and reasonable alternative agreement.
