Return Policy/退貨條件

1.1 客戶需要收取貨品後36小時內提出退貨及退款 (時間計算由快遞公司確認客戶收取貨品起)，請開箱/袋前使用有錄影功能的工具(例如:手機)提出證據，沒有任何修改的影片/視頻, 發送至我們電子郵件或whatsapp。

1.2 必須符合1.1條件，客戶發現我們送遞的貨品是冒牌貨，可以進行退貨，符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內)。

1.3 如客戶付款後，而且我們在24小時內還未寄出貨品，客戶可以提出退款，符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內)，訂單也會取消。

1.1 Customers must request returns and refunds within 36 hours of receiving goods (time calculated from courier confirmation of receipt). Before opening the box/bag, use a recording device (e.g., phone) to provide evidence via unmodified video, sent to our email or WhatsApp.

1.2 If 1.1 is met and goods are found counterfeit, returns are allowed per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days).

1.3 If payment is made and goods not shipped within 24 hours, refunds can be requested per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days), and the order will be cancelled.
