1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our e-commerce website BEARBUY 熊購 [https://bear-buy.com/] (the "Site"), operated by [BEAR CREATIVITY TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY], a company registered in Hong Kong at [Unit B, 11/F, Wah Lik Industrial Centre, 459-469 Castle Peak Rd, Tsuen Wan]. 7.2 If 7.1 is met and goods are found counterfeit, returns are allowed per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days).
7.3 If payment is made and goods not shipped within 24 hours, refunds can be requested per Hong Kong consumer laws. Refunds to original payment method (within approx. 5 working days), and the order will be cancelled.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by us or licensed. You may not copy or use without permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
Do not misuse the Site, upload harmful text or content, or violate Hong Kong laws.

7.2 必須符合7.1條件，客戶發現我們送遞的貨品是冒牌貨，可以進行退貨，符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內)。
7.3 如客戶付款後，而且我們在24小時內還未寄出貨品，客戶可以提出退款，符合香港消費者法例。退款至原付款方式 (大約5天工作日內)，訂單也會取消。
8. 知識產權
網站所有內容由我們擁有或獲授權。您不得未經許可複製或使用。
9. 禁止活動
勿濫用網站、上傳有害文字或內容或違法香港法例。
10. 責任限制
我們不對間接損害負責。責任限於購買價，遵從香港法例。
